Return Policy

Of course, we hope that you’ll be fully satisfied with all of your purchases from J. Cravata.  If, however, you need to make an exchange or return, we’ll be happy to oblige.  You’ll find the particulars (and some legalese) below:

All returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving goods.  Please contact billing@jcravata.com to let us know what you’d like to either return (and why so we know what to do better next time!) or exchange.   For exchanges, please remember to let us know what exchange you’d like to make.   Also include your name, contact info, and reconfirm your shipping address.  We will respond to your request quickly and confirm your transaction as soon as it is completed.

The *Fine Print return/exchange instructions:

All package merchandise must be insured in original or equivalent packing with all information inside.

All accepted returns must be in  “perfect condition” as determined by J. Cravata staff.  If merchandise deemed unacceptable for return we will contact you to let you know why and ask if you’d like the merchandise sent back to you.

Please make sure to secure shipments to J. Cravata and obtain a tracking number from the Post Office or other shipping company.

Refunds for returns will not include shipping and handling costs.
